Richmond Indiana Graffiti

Richmond, IN is a smaller city in east-central Indiana, USA, located right on the Indiana/Ohio border. Richmond has had a small and unique artistic graffiti presence since the early 1990s. I have been photographing graffiti in Richmond and in the region since 1996. I used mostly point-and-shoot 35mm cameras up until around 2011, when I switched over to point-and-shoot digital.

The work on this website is not a complete survey of Richmond graffiti, but instead, selections from my archive. I don’t have pictures of every piece of graffiti done in Richmond (although, I wish I did), I have had some bias in what I have photographed, and I have lost a good number of photos from years ago.
