This SUFR piece done with mostly scrap cans ran from 2003 until about 2019. I believe it has a Sail Blue Rusto outline and 3D and an unsual silver cloud. To the right of it was a very early NOR fill-in, who began writing NURO shortly after. Here are some photos of the piece’s aging process. These cinderblock buildings in the Gorge have been buffed and repainted a few times, but this one had a good stretch. The addition of the chainlink fence helped preserve it as well.
